Refund Policy

At The Hemp Seeker, we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, our policy lasts 30 days on most unopened products. If 30 days have passed from the delivery date, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please check your products carefully upon delivery to ensure that it has not been damaged during the shipment process. If any products arrive damaged, broken or part of your order is missing. You must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

 

No returns, refunds or exchanges on any products not able to be sold because of any causes beyond the control of either party, including but not limited to, acts of God, weather, war, civil unrest, strikes, lockouts, riots, insurrection, terrorist attacks, government regulatory actions, acts or decrees of governmental or military bodies, fire, casualty, flood, earthquake, or any other force majeure event.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
To make a return, send an email to support@thehempseeker.com with details as to why you are requesting a refund, with your order number included in the subject line or main body text of your email. Once the product is shipped to us, please send us the tracking number. When your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 3-7 business days. 

 

Refund issues (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank. It may take some time for processing before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@thehempseeker.com

 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. A Special Promotion is defined as any sale or promotion of product, below the currently advertised MSRP.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to complete an exchange, send us an email at support@thehempseeker.com 

 

Complete terms of purchase are provided at checkout. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids from hemp oil. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide.
